Marc, why didn't you just use the long Ray scrubber?

Re: Generation 5 homebuild off to a good start

I have not seen a ray scrubber in person, but from what I understand they have a smaller diameter, and one of the things I plan on doing is machining and testing a radial scrubber system. My understanding is that small diameter radial scrubbers are prone to breakthrough.

I also like making things even when they don't work as planned.

Marc,

Does this mean you'll be getting rid of all those pesky BMR 500 & BP 240 parts?

Nope BMR 500 number 1 is almost completed. Have negotiated purchase for BMR #2 - just waiting for cost of shipping - and have contacted Kevin Jurgensen to find out the cost of incorporating one of his cotrollers with the second unit. The wife wants an ECCR. BMR # 1 is Kiss operated.

If there are any biopak parts you need let me know. I had to canibilize some parts from the BP 240 for the BMR project though, and I have a lot of biopak parts left over that I will not be using.
