I noticed most of you guys are using Mcmaster Carr for Acylic and plastics. Here is a find for you home builders out there.

Custom Plastic Fabricators and Distributors - Modern Plastics

Acylic Extruded Tubing, just about any size you can think of! 5 foot lengths but 1/3 the price what I can get it for here in Canada.

Acetal Copolymer, Sheets ranging in sizes and thickness and also rods!
