| Diver Dave's Nobubblediving.com back up Guys: The website is back up. My ISP changed servers and the DNS settings were not updated, thus the site was offline for a few weeks. It's back in business here: Diver Daves Rebreather Site The site has not been updated since 2002, but apparetly still holds value, based on the emails I goit complaining that it was not available. I'll continue to keep it alive as long as it still is of interest. Lots of todays rebreather divers and many small bits of current production hardware got their start there, so if for no other reason nthan historical it'll be of interest. Dave

I certainly appreciated it.I made the final call to buy the IDA64 based on reading your tear down. I decided "I can work on this". Many thanks.

| Thanks Dave! I was pretty upset when I couldn't find it anymore. It's a great reference and a great source of inspiration. Wouldn't mind seeing what's going on in the LDSH today though =9 Rob |

| Re: Diver Dave's Nobubblediving.com back up Thanks for bringing it back, your site is very useful today and very entertaining to read. I had bookmarked it 5 months ago when I knew nothing abouth rebreathers, today know few more but at least I´m beginning to dive them. |

| Re: Thanks Dave! Wouldn't mind seeing what's going on in the LDSH today though =9 Rob Tours gladly given.... The reason I no longer update are (just a few): 1: The Rebreather Population got larger (and basically dumber) and I did not want to encourage the masses to do what they are not smart enough to figure out on their own. 2: Too many of my little goodies were being cloned by commerical makers (some 15 products you can "buy in the store" were taken from my work without credit). 3: Way too many hours were spent documenting... I'm more productive now in the shop. But the doors are always open here, so come on down! Dave .

| Re: Thanks Dave! That statement sucks. It sucks because its filled with truth. Sorry guys, I have to kinda disagree, but not totally. A new lot of very clever folks are involved now days...they are going to advance the art and science way past where we have gone. As this activity moves from experimental or black art, a lot of people who were "excluded" because the commercial equipment was not there are now moving in. True they cannot meet Dr. Bobs acceptance criteria. "If you cannot build a rebreather, you should not dive a rebreather". On the other hand, some of the rebreathers they can buy, are really fine underwater life support systems....and they will get better....giving some even greater opportunity to end their lives...but even more to enjoy the benefits of bubble free diving. An awful lot of guys that I have known as home builders, now mostly dive commercial units. They don't miss their home builts or hacked military units. The rebreather party has gone from a small click of under 50 folks drinking beer and eating chips around a dimly lit pool, to an extravagant affair. Is it actually possible that all those folks at the rebreather party were really interested in rebreathers? The genie is out of the bottle....it cannot be forced back in....and it is going to be a wild ride on a fast bucking horse....hang on and enjoy it... This reminds me of the mid 50s when there were only a very few civilian divers in the whole Tidewater region of Virginia, and we all knew of each other. Within 10 years, there were lots of divers. By 64 I had taught about 200 people to dive myself. Tom

| Good to see the site back up Dave. It still serves as a valuable educational and technical reference to a growing community of newbie Rebreather divers.........and some oldies like me from time to time. Dan
