YouTube - Silence in the water

OK this was a first attemt. Its an older and more or less out of date rebreather I built some ten years ago. Same with the drysuit. home made with a custom vent on the hood of the suit and special sockets on the arm for guages and such. The footage is about 8 years old and shot in Jackalof Bay Alaska.

Well as I recall I did have beans for lunch.... But no. It was an early manual add valve that would some times leak at the O-ring seal as you pushed to add. Like I said, it was an early prototype. The MR101 today is basicly the same design just a bit more refind.

Well I don't do much wishing about it, and I do my oddly awesome stuff well below 20 feet

Think I'll drag the P-96 and my freediving fins out for the fall..... haven't done a 150 foot "free dive" in a while....

If by sound effects your refering to the cackeling like a loon, that was part of the magic of my dive gear. The sound system on the camera picked up everthing I was saying and laughing at. I was fiddling with some hydrophone set ups to be able to pick up a conversation from two divers 20' away and have it be clear as a bell, dueplex, no buttons, no VOX..... Oh well. I live in a desert now so I don't mess with that much.
