Very Small Panel Meters

Does anyone know of any very small panel meters?

It seems like this one has them very small...

Like the ones used on this:

Sartek Industries, Inc. Rebreather Accessories

Thanks,

Teoman

Re: Very Small Panel Meters

Hello Teoman,

You can use the Lascar SP400 panel meter, the same that is used in the rEvodream. It's small but yet readable and has a backlight.

Re: Very Small Panel Meters

I am buying 6 of these.

I will make ppo2 displays out of them where the housing will be plexiglass pipe.

Is anyone interested? If so let me know and I can make many.

Thanks.

Re: Very Small Panel Meters

Has anyone used these panelmeters before? Can you use them without the need for an op-amp?

Those appear to be the same ones used in the KISS triple display and also the Delta P pendulant triple display.

Re: Very Small Panel Meters

I have a "dead" SP400 DPM and although I can see some SMD components, I don't know which one to change to let it accept R22D style cells.
I guess you'll have to use an opamp.

Re: Very Small Panel Meters

I have no problem in soldering smd's. I soldered about 2200 of them the other day.

But is there a more elegant solution. As I do not want to break the housing.
