| RBW Member Current Rebreather/s: | SMD is our friend To get the size down you could use SMD resistors for the op amps. Here you see a quad op amp package. 3 to amplify O2 sensors and one to amplify the depth sensor. I like the op amp to be close to the sensors. What I can do with this is use the shell of a ballpoint pen stick all this in and then pot it. That makes a neat little package. All signals come in from one end. And all amplified signals come out the other end. you also have to enter +5V from that end. Only the cables to one side have been soldered on the picture because once I solder the rest it would be verry difficult to take a picture. Teoman |
