Adhesive for silicone cord

Hi All,

Tapping into the wealth of knowledge here at the RBW,
can anyone recommend a tried and tested adhesive for silicone O'ring cord to make custom O'rings. ?

The home built Dive light lists I'm on suggest Crazy Glue (cyanocrylate SP?)

That's what comes with o-ring repair kits, i.e. a length of rubber cord and some superglue.

It might be more work than you are interested in for o-rings, but this product seems promising:

Tried super glue- 'cyonacrylic' but it was not able to stick the silicone cord, best bet would be the silicapoxy glue.

Superglue works on Buna and Neoprene cord. Not sure about Viton. Definately not on silicone.

No, it seals, but does not act as an adhesive for silicone products.
