| Pee'd Off I want to put a pee zipper in the CL of my IDA-71. Where can I purchase one? Every site I go to will sell me a drysuit with one installed but nowhere can I find just the zipper. Also, can anyone suggest what glue would be best?

| Re: Pee'd Off I would think that most suit Manufactures will sell them direct uninstalled. I know that DUI will. You might try dealing direct with BDM as well. You may not be able to buy them online though it might take a phone call. Dave

As far as glue goes, you need Bostik or Dunlop two part adhesive. It is the same stuff used to glue the hypalon neoprene air chambers on RIBs. However, I am not sure how compatible these glues are to the IDA CL material. Best to try the glue on the spare patch you should have received with the IDA repair kit. /GKAM

| Re: Pee'd Off Thanks, Guys. I appreciate the help. I've located a source and amazingly it's only a couple of hours drive from home. The problem is solved!!!

| Re: Pee'd Off OS Systems markets a good drysuit glue called PB 300. It's very strong and flexible. Best of all, if you screw up your placement you can heat it up gently with a hair dryer (on high) or a heat gun, soften the glue and then reposition.

Since I'm prone to screwing up, having the option of redoing the positioning will be valuable.

| Re: Pee'd Off Hey Hank Novel idea, especially with the inside-the-CL hose clamping problems with the 71. Just remember, as in other areas of life, its important to keep your zipper closed tightly.... except when really intending to get in...or out... and not to get caught in it ![]()

| Hey Hank I'd love to claim the idea for my own, Dan, but Dave Sutton has done it and says it works just fine.Novel idea, especially with the inside-the-CL hose clamping problems with the 71.
