machine shop access?

anyone have access to a machine shop to aid with prototyping? I have a part drawn (delrin or PVC is ok) that I would like prototyped, but obviously not interested in the incredibly expensive quotes coming in from industry. Will pay for the part, and will require a NDA to look at drawings.

I have access to Stereo Lithography Rapid Prototyping, and deal with OEM's and NDA's daily. Let's talk next weekend when you're on the boat.

sounds good. thanks Dave. My gut tells me we have lots of mutual ground to talk about...looking forward to it.

In the meantime, let me know if you can produce the standard p-plug and the additional one with the BC nipple.

All of mine are machined from the solid, with a 3/8-24 UNF O-Ring counterbored port to accept either a blank plug or a BC nipple, CEJN nipple, swivel, etc. I'll do one for you and you can have a look.

Can help if you need it. Mechanical Engineer w/full machine shop. Can take care of the drawings/solid modeling as well.
