Hi..... ???? 130ft(40 meters) with a pure O2 reb??? the max deep with a pure oxygen reb, cosidering the residual nitrogen into lugs, into loop and desaturating...bla..bla..bla.., is 33-39ft (10-12 metres) not beyond! the wob at 10 ft (3 meters) is good and i make also test with 1/2 scrubber but it isn't a good procedure... the max time ...boh?? ![]() empirically we can weigh the soda-lime contained into scrubber to estimate the possible max time... | Hi Giovanni... 130 feet on a pure O2? Dear lord NO! Nothing which enters this house gets by the door unmolested! The unit would be KISSed and have an ADV plumbed in from an external pony for dil. PO2 monitoring would be from a basic parallax chipset (a bit more primitive than the new favorite picaxe but still works). Rob PS from the manual you sent me, many thanks BTW, it seems to indicate 1.1 kg sodalime. I'd forgotten the usual rule of thumb in relating that to duration assuming proper scrubber design.... |
