Who dives which model of Russian rebreather?

Ida71

Ida72

Both converted. 71 with a kiss.

72 a little different. Set up for deeper dives as it should be with it's larger scrubber.

Both use off board DIL but the 71 can be used with onboard and both scrubbers.

72 is offboard only.

I know of one 71 that would blow your mind. It's been like that for at least 6 years. Can't remember the exact date. But, not at liberty to say. He asked me not to speak of it so. Hush.... But, it has stuff on it that still isn't available on any units.

My IDA-71 is on it's way from mother Russia ... soon to be franken rigged with a KISS valve copy.

I do also have a IDA-59, but since I bought it I have never touched the rig.

IDA-71 (Frankenson - Deluxe O2 Unit)

* Plumbed, 2 P-ports and all but got tired of it before I purchased the electronics or dosage unit.

just dug up a 71 from one of the containers out the back, hope to get it up and running soon.
