I am looking for some advice regarding diluent supply on my converted dolphin. It is the standard conversion with KISS valve feeding O2 through exhale port of scrubber and standard drager ADV. During testing last week-end there were no problems in the 0-8 meter range and the unit performed well. However when I dropped to 18 metres I was struggling to exchange a good lung of gas with the counterlung. At the moment I am trying to eliminate potential causes. One area I would welcome adivice on is the ADV. I am using an Apexs DST for diluent supply but I did not change the spring in the ADV leaving the old Drager one in. I was going to swop it for a spring out of an Apeks TX40 but the Apeks spring was much longer than the Drager one and I did not know what would happen to the Apeks spring if I cut it down to the same size. Any ideas/advice? I am also trying to source some stainless 'o' clamps/clips also known as ear clamps to secure hose fittings. Does anyone know of an online seller in the UK please? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Re: Dolphin CCR Thanks for the advice. The Conshelf spring is likely to be extremely rare in UK. John, I do have the ADV in the inhale counterlung still but i will tweak the IP to see if that makes a difference. cheers.

Re: Dolphin CCR In my case, I replaced a spring to the Scuba Pro G250. It makes possible for the demandvalve to work with normality I.P. Regards, Masa
