![]() | Dive Log Sheet Hi all As usual I'm looking to pick the brains and hard work that the rest of Rebreather World has already put in. The BSAC branch I dive with, Warrington, (who's RL team by the way are gonna stuff Wigan tommorrow night on Sky TV) always use a dive log sheet (single sheet of A4) which covers the dive details of all divers for a particular dive, say 12 of us goin in on the Brummer in Scapa. However our log sheets are very much formatted for OC dives. There are now 4 CC divers within our group which means we will need to re-format our dive log sheets to cover both CC & OC dives for any particular dive. I've had a look around the Rebreather World site for suggestons on format but ain't found any. The ones I've found are individuallly based. So thought I would post this thread to see if there are any log sheets for group dives out there which folk would n't mind forwarding to me. If not I suppose I will have to get off my ar** and do one myself Other than that has anyone got any score predicitions for tommorrow nights game. ![]() ![]() BR & safe divin Grrr |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I tried to attach something I used early on, but no go:
The filesize was well w/in the limit. Bottom line: I would have to completely re-make the sheet to accommodate a smaller canvas. I'm not gonna :/ Aside from the standard entries, I just allowed for plenty of rows to enter my profile. On each row, I could indicate CCR/SCR/OC and mix. This is, of course, overkill. The best logsheet is one you use. Write in the margins if you have to, if it makes you happy. Sorry, but good luck! --dan |

It was called CCR Logger. I have version 1.3. It doesn't have both open and closed circuit group orientation, but it is very good for the CCR related information. |

| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Dive Log Sheet I've been playing with the idea for some time about getting some nice bound logbooks made up similar to the one I use to log my surface gas dives. 200 dives per book Medical certificate section for your doc to sign Training record Medical Illness/Injury record Cumulative diving experience plus a wee plastic pouch to store at least one c-card - you'll never forget! I think they would cost around £15 each if the quantity was run, i've not really dedicated any time to doing it as I'm unsure of how many people would want. Stu, what about doing this under the auspices of Rebreather World? |

![]() | Re: Dive Log Sheet Hi all Not too sure if this will help, but when I was a scientific diver at the University of Hawaii, I had to submit monthly dive logs to the Dive Safety Officer. The attached is a bastardization of the form. It can be modified as necessary to suit your needs and of course can hold info for multiple/group dives. As usual I'm looking to pick the brains and hard work that the rest of Rebreather World has already put in. ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Dive Log Sheet Guys, All very helpful suggestions but (correct me if I am wrong) I think he is after a dive marshalling sheet rather than a log book for individual divers. The BSAC insist that a marshalling sheet is completed for each branch dive. I contains info on everyone on the dive, time in , time out, gas mix, buddy pairings, that sort of thing. Alan |
