Thanks for putting this one up, Mr. Bean! I give this one out as a handout in my classes because it states the changes in a new Rebreather diver's mind-set so well.

You're right, it's an excellent read, a requirement for Rebreather divers in my opinion.
It can be found on just about any other Rebreather site as Rich Pyle allows publication
as long as he gets credit and the text isn't altered.
Much of the rest of the site is worth reading, to.
