Hi all,

I am trying to get in touch with the folks in the US re the Meg. I have one reply from Steve after my second email. Seemed like a generic reply and didn't answer any of my questions.

I am about to send my fourth email since his reply...can anyone help me increase my chances of a reply.

I understand that the meg is becoming very popular and they are surely very busy; however I have a customer who is interested in buying 4 complete units and has cash ready to drop...I would have thought that could warrant a reply?

Unfortunately you will have to call ISC is not the best at emails

Phoning is your best for now. Orders and just about doubled this month at ISC. The hatchery is rockin' and building megs.

I had pretty good e-mail contact with Steve when ordering Meg's, spare parts or having my head up for repairs over the last year or so. It may take a day or two for him to answer, but so do I at times when to busy diving to answer mails. I called him only once and that was easy enough, and he had a lot of time for me on the phone to answer all questions and then some ...
