What's your age when you first dove a Rebreather

30...tried a Inspiration, Evolution, and Sport Kiss last weekend in a deep 12 ft pool.

Setting up a private experience so I can get more time underwater on it....i got the bug, which means I will be in debt the rest of my life.

was cert'd on the dolphin in 2000, so I woulda been about 23 I think... Had my own for a year, then had to sell it. Been begging, borrowing, and stealing other peoples units to get in the water ever since.

37 - I'm about a month past my certification (my first dive was during training at the beginning of the year) and loving it more with every dive.

Took 9 years from getting my OW to be rich enough to afford it, hit my mid-life crisis, become satisified there was an "affordable" unit out there that would only kill me if I screwed up, and to become a "dive professional" so I can justify owning and running the unit with the tax man

Tried it when I was 27, bought one for myself as my 28th birthday present.

I'm 30 next month. What can I get to top that?! (Something that will act as an adequate consolation for my poor departed twenties
