Is he still around or is customer service non exisitant?

I was in contact with Jakub just before Christmas and he was replying to my PM's very quickly.

I have been buying different things from Jakub/Golem for over a year. Always good service even after the sale. I would suspect he is away as he normally returns my emails quickly.

Give it a bit of time since most people go away for New Year, Jakub has really good customer service otherwise.

Jakub's been over in Europe where communications not real good. He's back now. His service over the past months has been great -even managed to get a BOV to us in Thailand on real short notice over the Xmas season. Thanks Jakub.

I just got back to hundreds of voicemail and email messages.
Sorry to everyone for not responding quicker. I am sorting through it as we speak.

The skiing sucked, but beer was perfect! (and plentiful)

Additionally we hammered out some VERY exciting new products that will come out this year!

back to work now.
