I don;t know if its still true, but the "refurb" units that I am aware of came from the electronics trade up.. someone wanting to upgrade to the vision electronics..rick These traded in cannisters and electroncis would be factory serviced and put on new harness/lungs/loop ect...

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: inspro trade value thanks i get what they are doing now but what does this do to the used market. I mean if what is basically a brand new inspro is worth 5900$. what is a reasonable price for a used one 3500$? it would come with no warrenty and all of it's battle scars. maybe between 4000 and 4500 with fresh service. you guys own them what do you think would be fair. ps i you have not guessed, i am loooking at adding a classic to my inventory, however only want one with a bad head? i like the unit mechanically, i only have a problem with the electronics. rick |

Maybe they have to many Classics. No as far as I know APD never offered a trade up classic for vision ![]() I am led to believe the SDS in the states did though. Over here there were a few cases of deals being done, with instructors, where you buy new electronics and trade your old electronics. They were then sold in a new shell (lungs harness etc) You get a discounted vision they other party gets a discounted Classic
