XL Spring straps?

I put the large XS Scuba spring straps on my twin jets, but they're waaaay too small. I can barely get them over my heel. These are 13" Anybody know of ones longer than that? Oh btw I'm a size 12 EEEE foot and have XXXL boots on my drysuit.

Woz will do you a nice kit.

Link: Backplates and stuff

Postage might be a bit prohibitive though.

I'm not sure I appreciate the size of your foot but if those are the straps that I think they are (I wouldn't know because I have clones) then you might be able to replace the line within the spring. The springs themselves might reach a bit further. I hope that helps...

Re: XL Spring straps?

Brett: I have a set of Manta springs on my Turtle fins. They are about 14" long. I wear a size 15 Rockboot with no spring size problems. Peter

Re: XL Spring straps?

Another vote for the Manta Springs.

I have them on all three pairs of fins, they work a treat, and they come in sizes up to XXL. I'm a US size 9 foot, and use the mediums for my wetsuit fins, and the Large for my drysuit fins, so you shouldn't have a problem with the XXL's...

Home Page

No idea who retails them in the US, but here in Australia, its Divetek Oz Home page which of course is useless to you, but helpful to anyone else in Australia with the same problem reading the thread.

Heh I was just thinking about cutting it... But seems kinda kludgey since I paid $70 for these.

Re: XL Spring straps?

If all else fails, I can have some custom stainless springs made to order with double loop ends for you.

Just ti give you an idea, a minimum order of 4 pairs (8 springs) is about US$60. Add another US$10 for electropolisihing.
