looking for the XDH helmet designer

I'am looking for any information how to get ahold of this person Gavin Newman because his Xtreme diving helmet. This would be a great thing for me so I can continue to dive. Here is the web site that I found it on.
xdh -xtream diving helmet I 've seen him on this forum. I've talk to him in the past and now I'm unable to get ahold of him again. I've seen the Helmet at DEMA and it's got me really interested in it.

Just let me know if anyone has any leads to this.

I know this is probably the wrong place to put this, so feel free to move it to the approiate place.

Matt

Re: looking for the XDH helmet designer

Gavin didn't design the XDH, it was Olivier Isler.

Re: looking for the XDH helmet designer

Hello,

You have the email addresses of both Olivier Isler, the inventor of this helmet, and Gavin Newman, the writer, at the end of the article.

Have you tried them?

I believe (was told) the XDH at DEMA was being displayed on the Extendaire stand by the Deeplife Open Revolution brigade who are planning to bring it to market....

So I guess at present its not available. Which is a shame 'cause not only does it sound like a better solution than FFM, anything that would allow you to get away with making Darth Vader impressions has got to be cool

We had it on the stand with ExtendAir and the Open Revolution sports rebreather package, and some of the commercial (umbilical) diving version. A client is covering the cost of tooling it for mass production. Bring a debit card to DEMA next year.

Re: looking for the XDH helmet designer

OOps I meant to say Olivier Isler. To much on my mind. I tried to e-mail both of them but the e-mails are not working any longer. I'am just trying to find another way to get a hold of them.

It's one hell of a helmet, I wouldn't mind having one day. I think it's pretty cool also, it looks like darth vader, I know when I saw it at DEMA i knew i needed to get one.

I love full faced masks, it look ideal for my needs.

Also I was wondering if anyone had another number for ExtendAir?

I hope it comes out really soon,

Matt
