in your area there are several dive shops who sell rebreathers (inspo, dräger and ida), why not to ask them ?

Re: disinfectant in Switzerland

Try any of the Scuba Shops, Aarau oder Villeneuve, and they might be able to help you. I am pretty sure they sell EW-80 disinfectant. A bottle of that stuff is not cheap, but it will last forever.

Re: disinfectant in Switzerland

even if françis from villeneuve is a pal, there are many other dive shops which are nearer from where you live. in the area around zug and zurich I've counted at least 12 of them and as already said many sell or teach rebreathers!

if you still don't find, pm me!

Re: disinfectant in Switzerland

No worries: The Dettol line of products is called Sagrotan in German-speaking countries. What you want is Sagrotan Konzentrat. You should be able to get that in Switzerland. Here's their website: Sagrotan Hygienische Reinigung & Desinfektion

On the other hand, I have seen Dettol being used in Slovenia and the Maldives, among other places. It should be possible to get it shipped to Switzerland, if you are a very brand-conscious chap or just want that warm feeling of home ;-)

By the way bathtub, sorry I didn't reply to your PM yet, didn't have time yet and have to go now! You'll hear from me tomorrow.

HELPI

This is a link to a site selling EW80. It's great stuf used by public services for breathing equipment

It indeed lasts forever and the Swiss price tag is allready on it. I sure hope you have a German speaking collegue or friend available to guide you through the German site and ordering process.

Re: disinfectant in Switzerland

Get a look to the SCUBASEPT website, I'm using it since 2002; really a great product.
I think in Italy it is sold by Mares.
