| Re: Welding grade O2 (again) As discussed elsewhere in this thread, I searched and searched and no one offered to haggle I have my latest quote (October 2006) in front of me from Air Liquide UK, distributor Proweld Industrial Gases Ltd, Plymouth. Best I've been offered is £134+ quid for J full of O2 and £34.65 monthly rental, £40 delivery, £20 pickup!!! That is beyond my budget, its 3x more expensive than the dive shop, despite the 30mile round trip :-) 10m3 diving oxygen £18, cylinder rental £6.50 per month 9.1m3 diving helium £80, cylinder rental £6.50 per month Delivery charge per consignment (order with your mates too) £29.85 I would assume that the prices exclude vat, there is no mention of vat though. |

| Re: Welding grade O2 (again) easy fix so you don't have to own booster or cylinder buy our own transfill whip and make nice with our local welding shop, mine lets me tap thier full cylinders for a twelve pack a fill. and i get about 2000 psi that way. rick |
