| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Who the hell dives rebreathers? Newbie Rebreather-diver, only certified on the Dolphin so far, which I've found out is not what I want to dive intensively. Currently Investment Research-dogsbody with a private bank, with a computer science, engineering and physics background. I also study Business Administration, though, because while engineering/programming is where my brain is often at, the family business (large bakery chain) is where my heart is at. So what does that make me? An engineer-corparate-suit-baker-rich-kid-wannabee, I guess ;-) |

| Gilberto Bonaga, Italy Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Who the hell dives rebreathers? Geologist, working as a researcher in Applied Geology at university, with experience in water well drilling in deserts, in landslides and in geotechnical testing. (I never considered myself a "scientist". I have just some experience and i try to pass it to other people, finding new way of doing things). If someone want to sponsorize some study in Fiji or Micronesia about drinkable water on islands, i am available. |

| Banned Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Who the hell dives rebreathers? Hi. I'm a biochemist turned biochemical engineering PhD student, so that would put me in either the scientist category or the engineer category. Not currently diving an Rebreather, but halfway through a homebuild. Cheers. -Marek |

![]() | It's not your normal common or garden diver that wants to dive, let alone build their own rebreather (I propose)..... Well I'm not exactly Ex military, I'm still thereI would image there are a large group of specific people that would be into rebreathers, and indeed this kind of forum!!!! So what are you.. 1) Engineer of some form? 2) Services/ ex- military? 3) Techie (computers, electrics) 4) Scientist/ researcher (inc. photographer for me!) 5) Dive Professional.. 6) A.N. Other be intresting to see what the demographic is... Look forward to it. Bathtub.... |

![]() | Re: Who the hell dives rebreathers? I ordered my Prism a few days ago. I'm an attorney with an engineering degree, so I'm not sure whether I'm A.N. Other or Engineer. I'm also a PADI AI.
