Recomendations on Oriskany charters??

Does anyone know of a Rebreather friendly charter or two that they would recomend for service to the Oriskany???

John,

For starters I would call Dive Pros in Pensacola (850.456.8845). They can provide you with whatever flavor of breathing gasses you might need and, if necessary, get sorb for you.

They also handle bookings for (IMO) the boat of choice in the area--Dave Mucci's Y-Knot. You can find out all about Dave and his boat on his web page. The short version of the story is that he runs a 29 foot Pro-Kat. It's not huge, but it's clean, comfortable, and one of the faster boats in the area. Dave is Rebreather friendly and willing to accomodate your dive plans as best he can.

Of course, there are other operators in the area, but these guys would be my first choice. As Darlene mentioned Heather (hchoat) and I live here in Pensacola so if you have any other questions feel free to PM either of us.
