![]() ![]() | Sorb in El Gouna We are off to Egypt in a few weeks staying at the Movenpick in El Gouna and diving with Divetribe. I have been quoted 20euros per Kilo for dragersorb for my Drager which came out rather expensive! As I should probably be refilling every day (2x1 hour dives a day for 5 days) it comes to 250euros... I am not having a pop at the dive centre, we have been with them before, and they seem pretty good, they also explained that it might be cheaper to bring it as excess luggage. Does anyone have any ideas about the cheapest way to get sorb (Drager or Molecular Products) in El Gouna, or the cheapest way of getting it there. Serves me right for being the only one out of 30 divers in our group using a rebreather, I havent even got anyone to share the cost with. John R My Drager |

![]() | Re: Sorb in El Gouna You could try Tekstreme in Hurghada, I think they are around 11Euros a kilo. I dont think you could take Sofnolime or Sorb on the plane in this climate, unless things have changed in the last few weeks. /Tommy |
