So is there a place for a business model like " yeahhh ... we've got your Rebreather. Just bring your head!" ? If anyone tries this, I'll take 10%

Sure plastic/Delrin would make it buoyant, but so? The enhanced ability to travel would more than make up for a few peices of lead. The can as it is seems unnecessarily strong. Perfect for any would be terrorist to build

a mini-nuke inside of.
