3/8-UNF Female to 1/4" NPT Female Adapter

Anyone know where to get one?

I can assemble various bits to get something with a female 3/8-UNF on one end and a female 1/4" NPT on the other but I'd rather use a single lump (I could live with 1/8" NPT).
