Yes, I purchased a kit from Kevin and did the install myself. The kit included:

secondary display with cable
Diva-HUD with cable / lumberg conector and bulkhead fitting
banana pin block
3 cell cords (molex connector to banana pin).

I think 3 or 4 years ago I paid around $1,000 USD.

I have recieved an answer from Kevin and it turned out that it is even possible to purchase used acrylic set if you should prefer them.
