I want to get my hands on a meg rebreather someday, in the distant future and am wondering how much they cost?? I figure it to be around $10K base price with out the Cis Lunar Scrubber and full face mask. Does anyone have any idea ow much that will run?? sorry for the dumb questions I am a rebreather newbie! Re: Price of a Meg?

The current ISC price list is available on this site. Try using the search tool and looking for Meg Pricing or ISC Price List.

In any event if you're starting from scratch, by the time you buy the unit, all the goodies that you'll need to go with it (initially anyway), pay for training and the consumables that go with it, you're going to spend in the neighborhood of $12,000 USD for a new unit. That's assuming that you don't travel anywhere overly exotic for your training.

Oh, and BTW that does NOT include the cost for a constant pO2 computer. If you're going to buy one of those add another $1,000 or so.

If you can find a Cis Lunar scrubber can, it will cost you. The last one I saw for sale was $2,500 USD. That was a year ago.

While sightings of the ISC manufactured/licensed version have been reported, actual sales have yet to materialize.
