| Go Nude Or Go Home Current Rebreather/s: | Re: How do often do you check your PO2? Question 2 I voted other. On the PRISM I use the HUD, but check the secondary as below. I check the secondary on the boat, quick scroll through the cells are reading .21, check the battery and the correct setpoint, before putting the unit on, another quick check when I am about to jump in the water and the PO2 has come up to .7 I then check it when I hit the bottom to ensure all cells are reading at the setpoint. The only time I look at it during the bottom phase of the dive is if I get any warnings on the HUD these are usually if I don’t do a clean calibration I might get a cell warning that corrects after a couple of flash’s, or maybe a battery warning if it is on its way out. Or I get that funny feeling in my stomach and think it is trying to kill me, maybe once a dive. I check it before ascent and then when I get to my last stop at 6m. Cheers Chriso
