Choice of bailout-tank

I am about to buy a tank for bailout on deeper dives,I have decided to go with 12liter or 80cf...both alu...I have heard that they behave different in water, especially when getting close to empty...Is this true?
Wich one should I get?

Re: Choice of bailout-tank

Most tank manufacturers post their tank specs on-line, just do some research comparing the u/w specs full and empty. And add some weight for the first stages.

Should be pretty simple.
