| Go Nude Or Go Home Current Rebreather/s: | CCR Trimix on an Air Dil Cert OK fellas just putting together a poll for a special reason that came about over too much red wine last night. Please vote in the poll in the manner following, even if you just put a squirt of He in your Dil to take the edge off from time to time please count that as using Trimix.

You need to add a few more options to the poll for it to be representative. Please vote in the poll in the manner following, even if you just put a squirt of He in your Dil to take the edge off from time to time please count that as using Trimix. - I dive CCR without any CCR cert -I dive normoxic trimix dil without any CCR cert - I dive hypoxic trimix dil without any CCR cert. -I dive dil gases that have no certification available. Brent. ones just for me ![]()

Hi Brent- I dive CCR without any CCR cert -I dive normoxic trimix dil without any CCR cert - I dive hypoxic trimix dil without any CCR cert. -I dive dil gases that have no certification available. Brent. ones just for me ![]() I am not intersted in people that dive with no cert at all, it is outside the scope of what I am trying to achieve. All I am keen on is people certified on their CCR for Air Dil and if they at anytime add He to the Dil. Cheers Chris

| New Member ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: CCR Trimix on an Air Dil Cert I added helium while on mod 1 certification because I nark badly and at 38m on air I can be too slow to fix problems succinctly. I did view sticking to the no-deco limit as staying within the intentions of the restriction. I now have mod2 and, OK, I have put a hypoxic mix in it when I've been at 60m as I can see a DIL flush being a problem. I'd like to do mod3 some time but my seasickness problem means that I miss a percentage of dives on any trip so there are problems planning here. It's not that I want to go deep but I gather there are some good get-out-of-jail-free skills to learn.

| Custom Title Allowed! Current Rebreather/s: | Re: CCR Trimix on an Air Dil Cert IANTD's basic Rebreather cert allows one to use normoxic mix as their dil if they are OC certified on mix. I currently fall in this category...and yes, I use He in my dil.
