![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: CCR Trimix on an Air Dil Cert maybe this is a stupid question but can somebody tell me why a light trimix is not standard dil for mod1 say 21/20. just to make sure everyone keeps thier heads straight. rick From personal experience, my buoyancy went to hell when I switched. Now after 50 dives, I'm just now starting to feel some confidence. Although, I'm not nearly as controlled as I felt OC. Having Mix on those early dives is asking for trouble. That's why they recommend staying shallow. You don't need mix, and you can work on your skills.
