Is anyone else waiting on an O2ptima???

Hey Everyone,

We're (still) waiting on our units from Dive Rite. We get an ocassional status but I wondered if anyone else on the forum is in the queue? We are awaiting units 92 & 93 and they are hoping for mid-May.

I am guessing you pre-ordered. Dive Rite Express, and RBWorld sponsor, has, I believe, units ready for immediate delivery for those that have not pre-ordered. So, if you didn't pre-order, you can check with them. (N2Diving).

Yeah I considered that but they will most likely have to get the same things modified that they have fixed on the new units.

Just out of curiousity - have you had any problems with the plating on your hammerheads?

I am about to send them back for the upgrade. I have the earliest version with all of the known issues. So, I need to do it.

I just hope that the turn time is good so that I can get them back and be in the water. I need the practice!

BTW, I believe that the units in stock at Dive Rite Express already have the new handset cases. Check with N2Diving about that. But, I thought that that was the case.
