J Red

We at Kent Tooling diving products manufacture Quick Release pony or torch mount brackets that you bolt on to the box using fixing bolts provide but as the vishion has the lid fited on the side buy the catches you require some spacers that are also provided with the kits,

If you require any further information on these brackets you can contact me on the number below or through my web site

I have 2 Kent Tooling clamps fitted and you don't actually need the spacers. Just hold move them around the case away from the catches. Hold in place at point where theres no clash. A couple of mm is all you need. Mark holes and drill, has the added benefit that attachments don't stick out so far.

AP sell special quick-release clamps, made fro them by Metalsub. They work brilliant. Tried it with two 3-liter outboards, and they don't get hampered by the big latches, since they are more forward. The new casing comes with pre-drilled holes already in it, so fixing them takes only a minute. And.... you can also bolt the brilliant Metalsub torches to it, as it is the same type of attachment.
