Come on Aldo, you can scratch it better than that, I have already put a hole in mine!!

Glad you are enjoying the unit, I told you you would.

1) hoover around the canister after packing

2) or via direct system and a "soufflette" flush under air pressure all the dust, you'll be surprise of all the shitty dust of the sofnolime

better out in the air instead of in your lungs

PS: Aldo, your unit is too shiny, come cave diving to scratch it a bit in narrowness

Good day

Jerome

Please jerome could you explain me better 2 point.

Yup easy to spot the instructor's rig with bashed up base and scratches... Aldo please say high to Paul for me, so glad he chose the S. France for the venue and not the UK!

Bom dia Jose

Point 2 was to use an air tank + reg with stab inflator and then plug on it a "thing to blow some air" (duno the name in english, "souflette" in french)

therefore you can blow some air at high pressure (10 b? IP) through the grid all around and under the scrubber via the exhale hose, you'll be surprise of the amount of sofnolime dust comming out

Re the hydrophobic membrane (teflon membrane used on 15.5) I remember Kev telling me that he've done some test and the membrane was reducing a bit the WOB, that's why he used the grid.

In my experience of hydrophobic membrane on the 15.5 I remember that after 8-9h it was indeed reducing the wob by accumulating humidity in the membrane ... we should stay on the grid

Tenha um dia bom (practicing my Portugese for Alviela)

Martin Smith has a prototype membrane on his unit, he'll be along later no doubt.
