Juergensen Marine Banana plugs

I have Kevin's mod 6 horseshoe board in my Mk 15 and am looking for a source for those little gold plated banana plugs (male). I tried emailing him but he seems very busy. Joe Dituri told me Radio Shack but they have never seen them out here. Anything, Part# or a definitive measurement to find an equivalent online would be great.

Also wondering if a wattmeizer (6 volt?) solenoid will work with the standard analog 13.5 volt electronics. If not, any source for solenoids?

Thanks for any assistance. I'm new to this Mk15 thing.

Re: Juergensen Marine Banana plugs

Just spoke with Kevin and Doug.

They have the plugs in stock. Here is the plug info: ITT P/N 3690-0.

I a few websites where they are available; however, none actually have a pic to verify...

I just ordered from JM...

Try this search engine-
http://www.findchips.com

I use it for work and finding electronic parts.
ITT- has a nasty minimum.

Is this it?

Re: Juergensen Marine Banana plugs

Guys we have all types of problems in getting these out here in Oz.

They are a 3mm plug which for some reason we just cannot get.

If anyone knows a supplier then please let me know.

Re: Juergensen Marine Banana plugs

I ordered six from Kevin and if my measurements are correct the link mentioned previously in the thread is the same deal.

http://www.alliedelec.com/Search/Pro...p?SKU=885-3690

I bought a few and a nice multimeter (to make the minimum) just to find out.

See ya in class
