![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I am going on Undersea Hunter in March and they only have "4L Draeger tanks". I bought the Travel Frame for my Evo and I wanted to see if anyone can confirm these tanks are compatible? |

![]() | Re: Dolphin Tanks on Evo Do they have other size cylinders for you to use, such as 5l, 7l, 10l or 12l? Mind you, you could probably get away with 10l's but 12l's might be a bit much!!! Could end up with lumps behind your ears though But look on the bright side, you wouldn't need a bailout rig Cheers Giles |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Dolphin Tanks on Evo "We have 4 liter tanks for Rebreather Dolphins with Inversed DIN". This was their first response, so I will clarify if they are female. They also had 3L bailouts, so I asked if the were female DIN and O2 compatible. Nice feature about the travel frame. I am getting probed by airport security when they see my scrubber and 2 cylinders in my carry on! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | See, it's those details that I need! Do you have first hand experience or ideas on an adaptor? What about the possibility of taking my evo valves? Will I have a problem with the tank threads? |

He needs to use a standard male DIN on a Drager tank valve, a much rarer requirement. Darlene |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Dolphin Tanks on Evo In the earlier post with the reply from the operator, they used the term inverse DIN, that would be a way to descrive the standard Drager tank valve. That's why I figured the 1073 was backwards. Not sure how much room there is to work with, but if there's enough, check the 1075/int adapter. It makes the Drager tank valve a yoke style tank valve, and then you could use a common DIN to yoke adapter to attach your regs. http://www.subaqua-products.co.uk/Ca.../catalogue.php Type in 1075 Darlene Last edited by Scuba_Vixen : 23rd February 2006 at 20:25. |
