![]() ![]() | Apeks First stages greater IP at depth I know the subject has been discussed before but I cannot find the original thread using the search (don t too hard please), anybody would have any document reference/ any experience on the impact of the IP increasing at depth on the solenoid (damage ?) and / or the ADV (Free Flow?) ? and on a detailed procedure on how to modify a DS4 into a US4 ?All my OC regs are APEKS with DS4 or FST first stages and I m about to order a meg , I would just like to know if I can use these without problem or if I can/have to modify them . |

Have a look at http://www.mj-engineering.com/ I am using Poseidon regs with a built-in OPV. Can't see why you couldn't use clean DS4, or US 4's. Stuart's breakdown is so informative and an excellent reference piece. |

That the top ring off that holds the sealing diaphram remove the diaphram and the plunger. It would make a crude conversion.
