Question Help with Rebreather SOPs for science diving

Hi All,

I'm reviewing my organisations diving SOPs and would like to add a section for rebreather operations. Here in Oz we have a pathetically cumbersome Australian Standard to deal with so I am looking at developing an in house procedure manual to avoid having to use the AS.

Towards that end I would be very grateful for any input in the form of current standards that you may have developed or use in your organisation. I will be doing a review of them and will happily hand it over for publication here if it ends up being interesting enough.

Feel free to PM me if you would prefer not to have your standards in the public domain but I'm sure there would be plenty of interest if you care to share.

For interest, the CDAA (Cave Divers Assoc. Australia) is also reviewing it's Rebreather procedures for which any background anyone can provide would be welcomed.

Best regs,
Andrew
