![]() | Re: Do you "Nose breathe" involuntarily? As I have written in another thread recently, I still have the problem every once in a while. I have been diving for a year now, and have 70 Hours on the unit. It only comes after hard work under water.. When it happens I can stop and say to myself "Come on you fat basta.., stop breathing through your nose.". But that does not help. If insulting myself does not help, what helps then ?? Because it is work related I am convinced that it is triggered by elevated Co2 levels in my (big) body. BTW : Quote- Now I can sit back with the other rebreather divers and watch the OC divers switch tanks (especially in rough seas). Quote END- This is definitely one of the best things about Rebreather's.. Relaxing, while the confused and disoriented OC divers battle to get to the compressor and/or change cylinders.. That is the best... Cheers, Kasse |

![]() | Re: Do you "Nose breathe" involuntarily? Oh Sorry I forgot to answer the specific questions. 1. No, It did not happen on OC. 2. I dive an Inspiration, so : OTS. 3. Breathe deep and calmly for around 5 to 10 minutes. Cheers, Kasse |
