If anyone fancies a pootle to work off the effects of an unfeasibly large amount of protein and fat consumed with equal amounts of red wine then let me know. Probably usual west coast shore sites, maybe Furnace, maybe even the Kintyre off the shore. I'm also going to dive Roscobie flooded mines at some point too if anyone fancies that.
