Hi,
It's a knock-off of this: http://www.h2odyssey.com/eas.htm
I've been using them for some years now (earlier models without the on/off valve) for suit inflation, alternate air source and even a few times on the dil tank. Nothing to complain about. I really like them for suit inflation. I've never tried with O2 but they say it now comes 100%O2 ready. Cheap and robust, I would say. I don't recommand it on dil or O2 because the valve is a PITA to turn on/off. I think that they only come in 3/4-14 npsm. So not for our UK fellows!
Best

Re: Cheap, dinky little first stages...

Don't know, but they come both way's... With a yoke or Din. Or screw in to tank. Kinda cool. But if I gotta stick with my tank valves. I'll stick with my DS4's... LOL... Would be nice for an internal tank. Use a inline valve to shut off.

Two New Regulators from Zeagle
The new RaZor and ReZort regs offer simplicity and performance. Published Wednesday, November 2, 2005by J Fox

A new Combination of a Tank Valve and 1st Stage Regulator (the RaZor) is introduced as well as a Compact, Lightweight 1st Stage (the ReZort).
Work on new innovative total Diving Systems at Zeagle has led to the development of two new regulators. The RaZor and ReZort primary regulators are combined with the extremely popular Envoy 2nd stage to bring the diver two exiting new options.

The RaZor, the perfect choice for Redundant Systems:
The RaZor will lighten the load and offer a more compact package compared with a separate valve and 1st stage. The RaZor comes with a filling adapter that allows a typical filling whip to add air to the tank directly. A Valve built into the RaZor's body allows the air to be shut-off until it is needed. An optional compact "Pony Gauge" keeps the package compact and allows the divers to check air supply at a glance.
The ReZort, Simplicity with Zeagle Performance:
The ReZort is a new 1st stage derived from the RaZor. It offers the same light weight and small size features, but can be mounted on the traditional Scuba Yoke or DIN Valves. The ReZort employs a simple Flow-by Piston design that has been optimized to work with the balanced Envoy 2nd stage. These 1st and 2nd stages combine to give very high performance and reliability.
Envoy-RaZor 350-6240
Envoy-ReZort 350-5210
A Deluxe Filling Whip is available for the RaZor to allow filling from a standard Scuba Tank. The ReZort is available in Yoke or DIN. For more information, check the Regulator section of our web site.
