![]() | new saa rebreather/trimix/nitrox policies hi folks just thought i'd let you know that the Sub-Aqua Association (SAA) have removed depth and gas limitations. Previously they had a 70m limit using a life sustaining gas. now we are saying dive to the qualification on the unit you hold and use the gas your trained to use. also manufacturers recommendations on depth limits are taken into account too. easy really! if your an SAA member please make sure you have registered your technical qualifications at headoffice to make sure you benefit from our 3rd party and personal accident insurance. if your not a member or thinking of setting up a club, contact myself or headoffice on 0151 287 1001 or check out Welcome to the website of the Sub Aqua Association there is a new website being launched so please excuse the existing one. trying not to be an advert just informing all you teckies out there!!! safe diving Sal Cartwright SAA Chair |
