![]() ![]() | Re: Video: Tips to streamline bailout bottles Having sidemounted BO bottles since switching to CCR, it has been a great way to keep your front cleaner while also having easy access to BO. I like the ideal of turning the pressure gauge up, I'll have to give that change a try. Thanks for sharing.

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Video: Tips to streamline bailout bottles Hi Jill, Thanks for posting. I've made a similar setup on my rig but attached the loop just to the backplate (basically Armadillo-style). Just curious why you had one end attached to your chest D-ring. Obviously it's easier to grab...Any other reasons? Thanks for posting btw. Cheers, Marc

| Going Down? ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Video: Tips to streamline bailout bottles I have been doing it the way DiveRite says. I run the bungee through the valve and regulator and then clip it to my d-ring. This is a PITA to remove and replace both above and in the water. I just tryed Jill's way. It seemed great until I was in the water. The tank will float up and in the process it rolls 90 degree. It makes it very easy for the bungee to come off the tank valve accidently. My buddy lost his tank 4 times in 1 dive this way and went back to his old method. I must be doing something wrong. I need to have the stage strap at 90 degree to the knob for it to work properly. Any ideas will be appreciated.
