Cooper Hoses

I have the bling hose weights from jetsam and they don’t seem to want to go on and not sure if I should force them on or if I even need them.

Hi Billy,

I don't find that I need additional loop weights with my KISS and Jetsam BOV, but i do know that Mark Chase uses a Golem BOV and finds that it requires the additional weighting.

Hi Rich, just got a set of cooper hoses myself. Your saying I shouldn't need the KISS hose weights with the cooper hoses! Hope not.

Its a preference thing i guess. Make sure you can retrieve your loop, other than that, all I can really tell you is that I don't use addition hose weights and I know two other KISS divers with Jetsam BOVs that don't either.
