o2 misshaps

From the O2 booster thread.....aknelson ask, "Any one ready to post his mishaps with O2?"

Well I have had at least two over the years. The first one I didn't even know about until the valve wouldn't shut down. (scuba valve seat) The other, I burnt my fingers. I had shut down the O2 supply and walked away and heard a pft and reached to disconnect the fitting. Ouch. Below are the picks;
