Yes, excellent dive and video.

Cedric, didn't know that you have moved to KL or I would have dropped by for a visit when I was there recently. Good luck with your new endeavors!

Sure is, but at the end, the current looks like it is running like no tomorrow. is it really that fast, why not bag off? Or do people not do bags in that area? I'd get a bit fed up of holding onto the line in that current.

Andy

Currents can be ragging mad at this site. You come back to the line and ascend the line. In the middle of a busy shipping lane with divers doing different BT its the SOP at this site. You know where everyone is.

Plus some boats dont have chase boats - which I think is nuts, but there yah go.

A Jon line is SOP.

Yes. Also recommend Jon lines that are tied and not sewn.

Many years ago, mine (sewn) broken during deco on one of the near-by wrecks in S. China sea. I had to complete the deco tucked behind a Gavin scooter in full blast and still losing ground each minute... When I finally surfaced, I was quite a bit behind the ship (no chase boat) and was pulled back by a loooong drift line.

Since then, I always use tied Jon line.
