Planned on it for a whole year. Then, this weather phenom named RITA trashed all my plans(not to mention the house also.)The particular unit you are talking about, Mark, will have some good close-up studio shots later this week. I got a chance to spend quite a bit of time with Joe Radomski, which was fun. I now know that he does not look like two cylinders with scrubber in between! It was a great show! The Mystic Order of Rebreathers party was a lot of fun as well. I guess I'll treat myself to a trip to the caribe. Bill |

| Rodge, The reference you are asking about is to George Irvine (the) III (third) which, of course, is his family name. Some have said that it refers to his internet attitude and means: God Incarnated for the Third time. The rest of the quote is from one of his comments about rebreathers. He believes that rebreathers (with the only exception of the Rebreather-80 which is stamped with the sign of of God....the blue H) are all death machines, and that anyone who uses any of the un-approved models is guilty of farm-animal stupidity and doomed to Hell. He opined that users of un-approved units, the Inspiration in particular, should mount a shovel on the case to use to dig their own graves. In fact, he coined the phrase "Yellow Box of Death", which Mad Mole promptly revamped into "Yellow Box of Debt" (a.k.a. Kato). I will say this of him. He has done some amazing diving. In person, he can be very pleasant, and helpful in his comments. He is, without doubt, a true example of a Jekyll and Hyde personality however, as evidenced when his evil twin gets near an internet keyboard. Hope that helps. Cheers! Rob

| DEMA Show kicked a$$ IMO. The two units that look to go somewhere are the Optima and the Evolution. Both beautiful looking and sleek units. I'm going to the store to develop my pics now, I'll have about 25 rebreather pics up in a few hours ![]() |
