In the US, I hope the patent examiners get on the ball.

Has anyone seen US 2007/0215157 A1?

It is for a basic PPO2 set point controller for a rebreather.

Quite a lot of others along a similar vein.

Expert witnesses anyone?

Is Philip Straw of Redwood City really unware that eCCRs have existed for decades, or is there some scam here that I am missing?

Is'nt this one of so many..??

Claiming a patent over something trivial, and then sueing (??) the actual users/inventors to get some money out of them?
Just another way to steel ...
